Hope on Goat is traditionally held in the month of March. Your day consists of, “all you can eat” fresh picked local oysters cooked to perfection over a cedar wood burning fire. (This activity can be viewed online at the cooking channel with Chef G Garvin who visited Goat Island in March 2012 and had the pleasure of learning first hand the bounty that is all of ours here in the Lowcountry) fresh fish stew using locally caught sustainable fish, hot dogs, desserts and at least three local bands to keep us entertained.

Whether the special occasion is an intimate rehearsal dinner for your closest family and friends or a large corporate event, Goat Island Gatherings offers you and your guests a beautiful and relaxing escape from the mainland. Outdoor Barbeques and oysters roasts to formal sit down service, we have a truly unique setting that reflects the famous Lowcountry lifestyle.

Only a few short minutes from the Isle of Palms Marina by boat, Goat Island is close and convenient but has managed to retain a charm and rustic quality that gives guests the feeling that they’ve stepped back in time.

Rental rates vary according to your needs and availability. Management staff is always available to make sure your event runs seamlessly. You and your guests have to think only about having a good time. Give us a call and we’ll help you plan an event that you’ll always be proud of and your guests will talk about for years.
